I offer private and group classes and body-based therapy tailored to your needs

Private classes or therapy in your home:

  • Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga  

Perfect if you are a beginner, have special needs or if studio times do not suit you.

  • Recovery support (TCTSY, Restorative yoga, Mindfulness, etc.)

1Hour: 130 CHF

I am a certified ASCA therapist; certain complementary insurances might reimburse a part of your costs for yoga classes.
